Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia, a Romanov on her mother's side, is
a direct descendent of Catherine the Great of Russia. The daughter of
Princess Olga of Greece and Denmark and of Prince Paul of Yugoslavia,
her paternal grandmother was Princess Aurora Demidoff, daughter of Princess
Helen Troubetskoy. She is related to all the Royal houses of Europe
and is cousin to the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Kent, Queen Sophie
of Spain, King Michael of Romania, King Constantine of Greece and Queen
Beatrix of the Netherlands. She lived in exile from the age of four
when her family was forced into exile in 1941. She was the first in
her family to return to her homeland after the war, in 1987, where she
now lives and produces her perfumes.
